Due to the war in the Middle East and the resultant disruptions to global oil supply, airport taxes will remain extremely volatile for the foreseeable future.
Airfares can therefore only be guaranteed if they are issued on the day they are quoted.
Payment and a completed booking form are required to issue air tickets. Failure to receive payment by the stipulated deadline will result in the package price being recosted when payment particulars are received.
Certain policies need to be issued within a particular timeframe of the booking being made - please see further info below:
- Comprehensive travel insurance is essential when travelling abroad. No client should travel internationally without comprehensive travel insurance.
- Both Bryte and Santam Travel Insurance policies must be issued within a certain time frame of a travel package being purchased.
- This is usually between 24 and 48 hoursof the first payment leaving the client's bank account.
- Please enquire timeously with the relevant travel insurance companies or your choice of insurer for more information.
